Can I Go In Person To Look At Your Blinds Somewhere?
No, we don't have a showroom. Depending where you live, we may be able to arrange a sample viewing for you. If you have a specific fabric in mind please ask us, as we have quite a large fabric selection available but only very limited stock is available online. We can do a manual quote for you as well :) We recommend that you order a colour sample/s before making your final choice. Even though we try our best to make the website colour samples as true to colour as possible, different monitors display colours differently.
Where Can I Get To See A Sample?
We send you our colour samples via Australia Post. The colour samples are FREE.
Am I Able To Order My Blinds Without Seeing A Sample, I’m Not That Fussy About The Exact Colour.
Yes, of course you can order with out seeing a sample. The samples are only used to protect you from making the wrong colour choice and to let you physically feel the product (fabric / slat). If you feel confident to make your choice based on your monitor image and the colour is not an important issue, you are more than welcome to order direct with out seeing a sample. PLEASE NOTE, we will not exchange your goods without a charge or refund your money, if you have made the wrong choice.
I Live In A Remote Country Town, Will You Deliver My Blinds Here?
Yes, if you have an address with a postcode, we deliver Australia wide. We use some of Australia’s biggest transport companies and their sub contractors. All blinds are delivered to the customer’s house direct from the factory (conditions and extra charges may apply due to the transport company’s policies, if your dwelling is in a remote, hard to reach location).
Can I Purchase Your Blinds If I Live Outside Of Australia?
Yes, you may purchase our blinds from an overseas address, but we can only deliver your new blinds to an Australian freight forwarding company based in Brisbane. You will be asked to nominate the company, which you wish to use and once we have received confirmation of the company details, we can then deliver your blinds to that company. You will also handle all costs involving the freight forwarding company directly with them, we will take no resposibility of your blinds, once they have been delivered to the freight forwarders.
Can I Come To Your Factory To Pick Up Blinds.
No, we do not allow a non – staff member onto our factory / warehouse premises. This is purely a workplace health and safety issue. All blinds are delivered to the customer’s house direct from the factory (conditions and extra charges may apply, if your dwelling is in a remote, hard to reach location)
Do You Come Out To Measure Our House Before We Order Our Blinds?
Measuring is left in your capable hands. If in doubt, PLEASE contact us. We will gladly assist you, as we want your job to be a success. Depending on where you are, we may be able organise a measure up for you.
Do You Come Out And Install?
Usually No, but depending where you are, we may be able to arrange installation for you. All our ready made products are supplied with comprehensive instructions and hardware to complete the job into timber framing yourself. Custom made products also come with hardware supplied. If you need advice or assistance in anyway with your installation, PLEASE contact us.
What Tools Do I Need For Installation?
For a basic timber frame installation you will only need a tape measure, lead pencil for marking, a cordless electric drill for pre – drilling and fixing the provided screws and maybe a ladder for slightly higher frames.
What If My Blinds Don’t Fit Into The Reveal?
Please check your blind measurement and your window measurement. Also, check your order to make sure that the blind you have is what you ordered. If your blind has been re – sized or is custom made, our factory / warehouse automatically makes deductions for recess fits, from your accurate measurements. If you have measured wrongly, we do not accept responsibility. If we have made an error, we will gladly replace or repair your blind at no cost to you.
How Do I Order My Blinds?
You can order your blinds in the product boxes (we can also do a manual quote and ORDER for you as well, if this is easier for you).
Type in your FRAME measurement in the provided product boxes (Width xDrop), choose colour, quantity etc and add to cart.
For ready made venetians,roller blinds only, if you wish to order a stock standard blind without adjustments, (un-opened box) please use the EASY ORDER boxes. You will accumulate a house full before you know it, it’s that simple. You can review your order before you finalise to pay. There is still an option to take something out and replace it with another product. Once you are happy with your choices just follow the instructions.

Can I Call You To Get Information Or To Pay For My Order?
We can call you (or you can call us) Mon-Fri during business hours, if you wish to talk to a real person. Please email us your request and we will contact you or call 0411 487 039.
All payments for orders are to be made through our payment system in the website Visa, Mastercard, Diners or Amex (and affiliate cards) or bank to bank direct transfers. Phone payments can also be made during business hours Mon - Fri.
What Hours Are You Open For Business?
The internet is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can place your order anytime. Payments will be processed by the bank Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays. Our factories will also be closed during public holidays and the Christmas season. Minor delays in deliveries can be expected during this season.
How Can I Pay For My Blinds?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners, JCB, Discover cards and direct deposit (bank to bank money transfers).
Is Your Shopping Site Payment Facility Secure?

We do not recommend it, unless you are a trades person, as this may become the most expensive load of firewood you have purchased.
