MEASURING:

We at www.budgetndesignerblinds.com.au do not take responsibility for wrong measurements made by you. Our blinds are manufactured or customised to your specific measurements. A cost will incur to repair or replace any blind, which has been wrongly measured by you.

COLOUR:

We do not take responsibility for wrong colour choices. You may order your blinds without a colour sample, but the colour samples on your monitor might not be true to the colour.

We urge you to order a FREE colour samples before you make your final choice. Our colour samples are FREE.

Colour batches may also vary, so to minimise the risk of colour variation in blinds, we suggest you order all your blinds at the one time.

COMPONENTS:

Our factory reserves the right to choose the closest colour matching components and hardware for your custom made blind. Also we reserve the right to railroad a fabric if needed, to achieve the size blind you have ordered (fabric roller blinds).

WARRANTY:

www.budgetndesignerblinds.com.au offers a 12month warranty on all ready made blinds and 24 months warranty on all custom made blinds. This warranty applies only to the original domestic residential purchaser and an original proof of purchase receipt must be presented with warranty claims. We will repair a defective product during the warranty period, but freight costs will be your responsibility.

The following are not covered by warranty:

• normal wear and tear, natural fading, oxidization
• faulty installation or alterations or re-installation of blinds
• warpage of pelmet or slats in timber or eco blinds, timber is a natural product and may warp
• damages caused by humans or animals, forces of nature, fires etc.
• commercial use

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS

Changes and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placement of your order. Our custom made blinds are in manufacturing the next business day from the placement of your order. We will not refund or issue credit after the 24 hour period. If a refund is required within the 24 hour period, it will be paid to you via the same channel that your original payment was made to us eg. Visa card.

For ready made blinds we have no cancellation period due to shipment leaving our warehouse the same day as your order is received.

Please review your order and check for any errors before placing your order, as full payment is required with the placement of your order. We will not refund once your order has been placed.

www.budgetndesignerblinds.com.au reserves the right to decline or cancel your order if:

• your Visa, Master card, American Express or Diners Club etc payment is declined by the bank
• we suspect credit card fraud
• incorrect pricing on our shopping site due to web site malfunction
• stock is discontinued

PAYMENT

We accept payments via Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club  and by direct deposit bank to bank. No other forms of payment are accepted. Our shopping site has a SECURE SOCKET LAYER CERTIFICATE for safe and secure payment processing.

All payments are to be made in Australian dollars only, unless other arrangements are made.

Any payments made on a weekend or public holidays will be processed on the first business day. Business days are Monday - Friday.
